For Australia, all orders are dispatched with tracking from our third-party logistics warehouse in Australia. Due to the fact they are a third-party logistics company, they do not allow pickups from the warehouse. 

We are an online business (Wizard Fire Pits Ltd) registered in New Zealand with an office in Wellington. Because we are an online business we do not have a physical shop.
